Jamie is a fully qualified licenced Alberta and B.C. lawyer. In addition to Alberta law, Jamie practices BC probate (including Alberta Probate re-sealing in BC) and BC real estate law direct from his office. If you have a loved one who has passed away while residing in BC with or without a will, and you're an executor or personal representative, you need not hire a BC lawyer located in BC as Jamie is fully licenced in BC and will act for you here in Calgary, as executor under the will in winding up the estate including the filing of all probate documents in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. In addition, Jamie can assist in planning your estate matters if you have property situate in BC which can often be particulary important due to the high probate fees in B.C.
Jamie also practices in the Canmore and Bow Valley area and welcomes all inquiries regarding your legal needs in those areas.
